Terms of Service

Inkenda is a relationship CRM: you capture voice memos, notes, photos, and forwarded emails about people you know, and Inkenda turns them into structured, evidence-backed profiles, reminders about who to reach out to, and draft messages you review and send yourself. You can sign in with Google, Apple, or a one-time link sent to your email, no separate password required for any of them. You're responsible for keeping access to whichever method you use secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Inkenda.

Inkenda offers a 14-day free trial, a payment method is required to start one. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, we don't provide partial refunds for unused time. Billing is processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details ourselves.

You own what you capture and what Inkenda extracts from it. We don't claim any ownership over your contacts, notes, recordings, or the profiles built from them. You're responsible for having the right to capture and store information about the people in your contacts, and for using Inkenda in a way that respects their privacy and any obligations you have to them.

You're responsible for confirming you're allowed to access and repeatedly check any external source you connect through Inkenda's source-watch feature (a rate page, an MLS feed, a public listing page). Being licensed to view data somewhere doesn't automatically permit routing it through a third-party tool like Inkenda.

Inkenda never sends anything on your behalf. Drafted messages are handed off to your own email, messaging, or phone app for you to review and send yourself, we never have the ability to send as you. Inkenda doesn't generate personality profiles, sentiment scores, or persuasion tactics about anyone in your contacts.

You agree not to:

• Use Inkenda to harass, stalk, or surveil someone without their knowledge in a way that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to Inkenda.
• Use Inkenda to store or process data you don't have the right to hold.

Inkenda is provided "as is." Extracted facts and generated briefs or drafts are only as accurate as what you captured and what our AI providers return; always review before relying on or sending anything. We don't guarantee Inkenda will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inkenda and Stackedsolo LLCaren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on a generated brief or draft. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You can delete your account at any time, which deletes your data per our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where required, notify you directly. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
